  • First made the call to Action at 8:45pm after realizing the air was out in the house on a 110 degree day. The phone was answered by a very helpful woman who indicated she would call me back in 30 minutes with a time slot for the next day. She called as promised and was able to provide a service time for the following day. We were called again exactly as promised the next day, and the tech arrived on schedule. The problem with our unit was diagnosed, the needed parts secured, and the repair done promptly. The price was exceptionally fair with no attempt to upsell, manipulate, or take advantage of unknowing people during the exceptionally hot time of the year. Not only will I always call Action for my personal and rental property repairs, but I will tell everyone I know that an honest business with great service does exist in Las Vegas! Thank you for an exceptional experience. It is very appreciated!
