rev:text	Not the best experience. The quality has gone WAY downhill. We got pictures done at Target at Christmas time and they were 100x better and cheaper! To begin with, I made an appointment and it still took them 25 minutes after our appointment time to get us in. Then the lights weren't working, so that took another 10 minutes to figure out. When we came back to view the pics, we had to ring a bell and wait, and wait, and wait for someone to come out and view the pics with us. They work HARD on the upsell for these RIDICULOUSLY priced packages ($500!!!) for pictures that I honestly think you could take with an iphone and decent lighting. I had a groupon and ended up spending an extra $80 on top of that and once they were printed out, some were out of focus. We had them fix one, and just decided to deal with the other ones, (we were really just tired of waiting...it took about 2 and a half hours total) but really they are VERY SHODDY quality for the price ($18 per sheet). I am fairly irritated at the quality of the pics, but I guess it's a lesson learned. The 2 stars are because the employees/photographers were very nice throughout the process, and were definitely trying to make it a good experience, but it is just very disorganized over there. We were doing Senior pics, but I cannot imagine trying to wait through all that chaos with young ones. There was lots of crying kiddos the whole time we were there. We will stick to Target portraits from now on, Picture People is not at all what it used to be.
