  • Horrible, please do yourself a favor and avoid Massage Envy. There are significantly better places around for the same price. As I'm sure most are aware, they have been in the news for unfavorable practices in the past. I tried to reschedule a massage because of food poisoning and they were charging me 50% with no exceptions. I could even provide a medical note which they would disregard. The service is awful to the point of being nonsensical. Please do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. I still cannot get over how bad this place is
