  • IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. FROM A CORVETTE BUYER I bought a brand new CORVETTE here last month and the whole experience is HORRENDOUS to say the least. Someone needs to train this old guy mike catlin again. This guy is supposed to be a Corvette specialist but he has no clue about this American Classic. He's rude, incompetent and a worthless person in this dealership. First of all he is supposed to contact me when my car is ready to be picked up. He NEVER ONCE called or emailed me. I HAVE TO CALL THEM multiple times to know what is going on. Then He claimed that my Corvette did not have side rockers and front splitter as standard feature evethough the MSRP PAPER SAYS THAT THEY ARE STANDARD and SHOULD BE INSTALLED on the car for customer. This mike guy is either a total idiot OR wanted to keep these parts for himself then sell them back on black market. Then he said that he did not know anything about these parts so he need to call the headquarter and sort this out. AND he PROMISED to call me when he finds out the result. Needless to say the parts are finally in the dealership, BUT he NEVER cal me. I only found out later due to my relentless effort to chase down these parts. ALL I WANT IS TO GET A COMPLETE CAR THAT I PAID FOR. Then now the tittling company called and let me know that I need to redo the VIN number inspection paper. Apparently mike FUCKED it up again and did not fill this out correctly. So my CORVETTE still does not have the license plate 1 MONTH AFTER the purchase date. I now HAVE TO go to the DMV and redo all this. This Dealership is a complete utter JOKE. Do NOT COME HERE if you want anything done. Especially this guy mike catlin or whatever his last name is. You would think for a CORVETTE they would treat you the right way but nope. This is my FIRST CORVETTE and will BUY MORE IN THE FUTURE BUT NOT WITH THESE AHLE. I will NOT recommend any of my friends or anyone else to do business with this dealership. !!!!!!!!! This is THE WORST dealership in town. Oh and I will write a letter to the Headquarter soon. Someone need to expose this guy, mike C.
