  • Meant to post this review months ago, but got distracted. Great little gem of a shop with the most helpful service; they wouldn't take my shoes to repair because they said any repair made wouldn't last and they didn't want to cost me the money. More importantly, I had some leather purses that were in need of what I thought was a cleaning: they explained to me that it was actually the leather dye wearing off after years of use. Although they do not in-store dye because of concerns about their ability to color match these items, I was walked through the process and dye purchasing. Edited to add: dyed the purse myself, it turned out great!
