  • Bought a couple of books here yesterday. The owner gets a recommendation and a very well done. While I was shopping a man came in mistaking this store for another. He was very angry, insistent and loud. He obviously had emotional difficulties. The owner was very patient, kind and gentle with him. He never rushed the man and worked hard at maintaining the mans dignity and gave him time to vent and express himself before he left. You don't see that very often!
