I was looking forward for this place to open and finally got a chance to visit. I usually go to their sister location which is the one in Glendale. I ordered ube milkshake which is a purple yam that has marshmallow and some sour candy. My bf ordered some peach drink and he asked the guy taking our order if its some type of slush. He responded with no it is a smoothie. I asked him well does it have ice over it? He said well yeah. I said then its a slush right? He said oh yes my bad. Then we asked if they had other toppings besides boba. He asked his other team member which is another cashier and she had this mean look plus attitude and responded no.
If they didn't have any of that please don't put it on your menu so that your customers are aware. It is giving us false information. I understand this place is new but there is no excuse for your workers to act unprofessional. I feel like going to a place where a bunch of high school kids work which they deserve to work for McDonald's or something. Furthermore, retrain your staff to know more about the menu and how they speak to guests. Guests do not want to hear ummm idk or my bad. The music was also too loud. We can't enjoy our drinks with loud music nor hear our order number when you guys are screaming it out. This place needs work on their customer service. Otherwise the drinks are great at least.
