| - Did a fly-by on Friday during their HH because we were in the hunt for a new spot to watch UFC and since this place used to be Cadillac Ranch (borring....) we wanted to make sure it still wasnt. And it definitely IS NOT! Very nice sports setup inside and a nice outdoor bar.
We sat outside on the patio, made friends with Jennifer the bartender, ordered a Mission Blonde Ale for myself and a San Tan Hefe for the wifey. Picked up the salmon sliders and beef sliders to munch on.
Jennifer was great! Friendly, on point with the drinks and food came out quick. Sliders were very good.
Fast forward to Saturday afternoon and we are back for UFC. Setup is great for sporting events. TV's everywhere, not a bad seat inside. However, for PPV events they do not show them on the patio. No worries though, this is going to be our summer spot so we wont want to be outside anyways. There was a $5 cover for PPV (UFC in this case). We got there early because we had a large group expecting to show up. We were seated by one of the managers and got to pick a great spot inside. He let us push tables together to match our guest count even though everyone was not present (very cool!). The other manager (not sure why there were two of them) came by to collect our $5 cover. He also changed one of the 2 main tv's in our view to match the others (for Prelim UFC fights) without the typical, "I'll see what I can do" that we have encountered at other places before an event. Our server was actually one of the bartenders. He was not that great, but then we saw Jennifer and she "magically" became our server! If you see Jennifer there congratulate her on her recent engagment and ask for the Green Tea shots, very good and recommended. Drinks were full all night!
We had the tableside avocado dip and the grilled chicken avocado sandwich. Both very tasty, not bar food greasy yuck burgers. Menu is pretty extensive and from only having 3 items from our 2 visits, each item was very good!.
All in all, a fun time was had by all. The management was very helpful/friendly, service was excellent, drinks stayed full and the PPV event setup was awesome!
Even though we did not use any of it, there is ping pong, beer and cornhole game setups INSIDE by the main TV wall. TV's on that wall are set high enough so that those games dont interefere with those viewing the TV events.
We will back!
