  • I'm only basing this on the customer service aspect, I didn't get my hair/beard cut or trimmed. I went in looking for some beard balm or wax and dealt with a couple of nice women working the front counter. One of them was showing me the various products when a stylist noticed and also provided some help with picking something out. So all three of the people I interacted with very pleasant and helpful and tried to answer all my questions. Definitely a good place to go for information and hair/beard products.
