When I first went into this location to get my eyes checked this was the quickest I exam that I have ever had so quick in fact that I believe that my prescription is wrong. That aside when I went into pick up my glasses and contacts I had given them a call about a half hour prior to closing because I saw their number on my caller ID. When I called I asked if my order was ready and what time they closed. They told me they're closed at seven and yes my order was in. I went to the store to pick up my order and got there 10 minutes prior to closing. When I got there they already had the black rope across and there were three workers at the desk to looked up and saw me but then kept doing whatever it was that they were doing and ignored me. So I said excuse me can I come back and get my order? I called and you guys said it was ready today. One of the workers came over and said yeah well we are really close to closing. She lifted the black rope and said go ahead and sit down there and pointed to a chair. I sat down and she went and got my order she put my contacts down and handed me my glasses. When I put them on they did not feel right but I know it can take a few days to get settled in. What upset me was that she didn't offer to adjust them she didn't ask me if they felt right and then she said oh let me go get you a cleaning cloth and then went and got a cleaning cloth and haphazardly tossed it onto the table. I understand being a little frustrated getting somebody come in 10 minutes prior to closing but as a customer I think I deserve the treatment that I'm sure other customers received the same day obviously though I am incorrect once it gets close to closing you better not go into this optical area. I will never go back and I warn others not to either.
