  • Supposedly they have free gardening help and free landscape design consultations, but I wouldn't know, since they never responded to my requests. I sent them a photo of my dying plants via their "contact us" form on their website: No Response. I also emailed them asking for help in designing my landscape project: No Response. That was 2 weeks ago. I bet if I bought a $1500 tree, they would respond!
