  • I love this pharmacy. I have wonderful experience with the staff each time especially since I'm new to cvs. I did feel bad for the poor tech when I went in a couple weeks ago because a customer couldn't get their oxycodone since it was to early per state regulation or something along those lines. The customer went off and started yelling at the poor girl who was calm and sweet the whole time. The pharmacist had to finally step in because they were making customers uncomfortable. The pharmacy can only do so much. I use to work in a pharmacy so I understand. It's not always their fault. They have to abide by the rules just like everyone else especially when it comes to drugs. Even when dealing with customers like this they always have a smile on their face and are very sweet until a certain point of you being rude and yelling which is uncalled for. Is it hard to be nice and understanding people. Geez.
