  • Jorge was amazing! My husband and I had to have our vehicle repaired after someone rear ended me on the freeway. The damage to the car was on the front and rear and needed to be there about a week to 10 days. From the moment we walked in, Marta at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Jorge walked me around the car and assessed the damage and made checking in so easy. I left my vehicle there and picked up my rental in the same building which was very convenient! He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle almost daily, even calling me on his day off because he was working to let me know that they were just finishing up. On day 7 he called and said it was ready! We are so happy with the job they did. The vehicle looks brand new again. Thank you Jorge and Chapman Chevrolet!
