  • Too bad I can't give 1/2 star because this company doesn't deserve a star. If you live in Las Vegas, do not buy Samsung products because if it breaks, USACo are the only assholes in town that are authorized service agents for Samsung products under warranty. They never answer the phone when you call or return phone calls in a timely manner. If you're lucky enough to get cursed with this shady company, you'll end up with a dirtbag named Benny in your house. Benny's very special as he apparently wakes up every day with the knowledge that he's going to piss someone off that day. This guy has no clue what professionalism or customer service is and will gladly give you a demonstration on how much of an asshole he is when he steps on property. Don't bother calling and talking to his superiors because apparently this behavior is condoned. This is my first Yelp post and I wish I would have read the previous reviews prior to allowing these people into my house. Bought a Samsung washer and dryer less than 2 years ago that has a 10 year warranty. The mount that holds the pump that evacuates the water from the machine prior to the spin cycle broke causing a river of water in my laundry room and kitchen. Samsung of course sends USACo out to fix it. 6 days after we made the initial call, they finally call back to send out glorious Benny who tells us we need a new pump (no shit). Benny said he will be back on Saturday (3 days later) with the part. Saturday comes: no Benny and of course both he and his company will not return any of our phone calls until the following Wednesday. Apparently they only work on Wednesday because that's the only time they'll call you. Still no part but a lot of attitude. We called a different repair company because at this point, I no longer care about the warranty. Unfortunately, a section of the part we need is on recall and ONLY a Samsung authorized dealer can install it. I wondered how they're still in business with the way they conduct business but when you're the only monopoly in town for Samsung products its easy to stay in business for them. Needless to say, we bought a new washer (not a Samsung). There wasn't a snowball's chance in hell that these people were stepping in my house again. Hopefully the matching Samsung dryer will last its lifetime.
