"Open until 10 pm and also close to the strip."
Product: So, I've only been here 3 times and each and every time I've bought rolled joints. Greenlife is the name of the grower and the product is pretty good yet the prices are kind of high. Instead of going to my closest dispensary to where i live, I come here sometimes because they open until 10 p.m. which is convenient. They do have a wide variety of product which I like ranging from buds, edibles, vape pens, and even products for animals.
Service: I have to say some of the receptionists can do a better job of customer service in helping their patients. Not only have I had to deal with rudeness over the phone, I've had to deal with one receptionist when being called into the back of the store, calling my name out in an abbreviation saying that she didn't want to write and say my whole name because "she wanted to save paper" Lol! Too funny.. other than that, the service is average.
My latest visit with one of the patient advocates there made me come to the conclusion that although there are dispensary workers at dispensaries that are hired to help you, it doesn't mean that they're always there to share information for the consumer's best interest. A lot of times, the bottom line will always be PROFIT.
Atmosphere: When you first go up past security, they will ask you for your ID and medical card. Once you walk in you're greeted by the receptionists, offered water, and also asked if you want a snack. It is a very nice dispensary and there are couches where you can sit back, read a magazine, and also look up at the TV screen to see what the prices are for their product. They showcase modern and professional looking display cases with see through containers. I like also the fact that they have charts that break down the product's CBD and THC levels so you'll be familiar with what you're buying.
Price: today I brought two joints with one for $10 and the other one for $12. I'm not too happy about the price knowing that in Colorado my friends are saying they are buying four joints at a time for $20 on the recreational side. I know that Nevada is still in the process of changing their policies around to accommodate recreational marijuana and we have to start off "somewhere" with the pricing. But, I still truly believe that what ReLeaf is charging is way too high and that it's much better to grow your own plants if you are able. The good thing is you're able to use a debit card there where they will round off your purchase to the nearest $5 and give you the change in cash. A lot of it has to do with the fact that many banks are still not wanting to do business with dispensaries because of state policies. Many of the dispensaries do not allow for you to do this and will only take cash. There are usually ATM machines in every store that allow you to pull money but they will charge you high fees.
Parking: there is parking available in the front of the store.
MY THOUGHTS? I was quite thrilled my first time around coming to this place and happy that I met an awesome patient advocate who made me want to come back. The dispensaries are a fairly new concept here in Nevada and being that I was able to visit a few of them here in the city I'd like to say first off, it's very important for dispensaries to set themselves apart from the others by really focusing on their customers and their needs. A doctor doesn't give a patient a medical card for no reason. Many are looking for medication that can heal their ailments. Nobody wants the headache of disputing policies with ego-headed people who act like they know all about the industry and only want to brag about their high tolerance levels for weed and at the same time using aggressive marketing strategies to sell their products.
This is where I see MMJ dispensary business can fail and that is, if companies do not put a better investment into their employees to help them meet their patient needs and even lower some of their prices. Because of this, I can see how people could want to still buy their product elsewhere or grow their own stone (and this does not apply to just ReLeaf).
I go to one lady there in particular her name is Rah Rah. As a patient advocate she listened carefully, made some great suggestions, shared her own personal experience, was very personable, and was very knowledgeable about the product. There's another African American lady who works there who I feel like I could talk to freely about about my concerns as a patient.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Outer Space is great.
