  • Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!! I ordered a cake from the owner and what I received looked nothing like the cake I thought I was ordering nor did it look like anything I saw on the website (see attached photo). I essentially paid $100.00 for a Thomas toy on top of the cake. My little boy has food allergies and she asked if she could use fondant because it is made with crisco and corn syrup. I told her that was fine and yet, there was no fondant on my cake. Today she told me fondant has butter. What??? I was never told that, nor was I ever told that I would be getting a generic two layer cake. When I complained about the product and asked for a partial refund, I was given arguments and rude statements such as "if you thought the price was too high, you should not have ordered." Who talks to customers like that?!? Especially when you depend on word-of-mouth advertising. A simple apology goes a long way and it is obvious the owner needs to learn a lesson about being humble. I am so very displeased with the customer service and the product. I will never order from them again.
