  • Whoa - what a mistake to go!!!! Went on July 5th - decent crowd. Running the ball park efficiently is part of the business of owning a major league baseball team. Yet these folks run it like a bunch of amateurs!! Tell the owners to come down to the concourse and order food. What a NIGHTMARE! We waited in line for 40 minutes to get served!!!! Are you kidding me??? I came to see a ball game, grab a hot dog and a beer. Instead, the gross incompetence of the operation caused me to miss a couple of innings. It is a wonder anyone wants to come to this ball park. I am sticking with spring training - I will not come back to Chase Field. As a disrespected fan, I'm out. Maybe send some of the crack team executives to other ball parks where they have their act together and learn something. A real shame.
