I am very unhappy with Hendrick Honda and have had several issues with this dealership; therefore, will not explain all the details. I have prepaid maintenance and once it's used up, I will not be returning there. I refinance my car for a better rate at my bank (which is what I should have gotten from them). I have contacted them numerous of times about my gap insurance refund but no one has responded to my message or return my calls. It's ridiculous.
