  • One of my team members had his shoulder dislocated exiting the tunnel. When I asked the staff if he was okay, I was told "I'm not a doctor - you need to take him to an ER or I am going to call 911." She also tried to get him to take the flight suit off despite injury, and we were pretty much shooed out the back door without any assistance or help. Also sketchy that all videos of his flight have been deleted from the site and cannot be accessed. Overall, highly disappointed with the way the situation was handled. Injuries happen and that's why there is a waiver -- staff should be trained to handle it better.
