  • WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRID! after an AC unit was repaired in our home today we tried to pay and unfortunately our card got declined due to using an expired card by accident. Lady name DEBBY OR DAVY i could not hear the correct pronunciation on the phone then said "well if you shouldn't be making service calls if you know you cant pay for it" HOW RUDE ! then she advised the technicians to then take take out the part they fixed and leave. We live in Arizona with 110 heat this summer daily and WITH A BABY, this was definitely an emergency call. To advise something like that is not only bad customer service but just being a terrible human being. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with by far.
