  • Shell came to our house on Saturday, only a couple hours after we called. He fixed our air conditioning problem in a few minutes. He gave us a short intro to the Norris Air maintenance contract, which allowed us to use the contract service for our visit at $59, rather than the $130 I would have had to pay for an emergency visit. We signed up, and looks like we've found our AC guy. I had made the mistake of trying to install 2 programmable thermostats (have 0 mechanical ability). In the process I blew a fuse. Shell looked at the wiring, and instantly new what I had most likely done. Checked in the attic, and sure enough, Shell was courteous, and anxious to offer options to try and save us money.
