  • Went for Happy Hour which was on point! We use to go to Mercandito and it was less tex-mex and more authentic, however Libre is 100x better. I LOVE ceviche, grew up in Southern Colorado and it has always been my favorite. Libre's Ceviche takes me to a Mexican beach with my toes in the sand with hair being lightly brushed by the ocean air. :) It's packed with flavor and all fresh ingredients. Also try the al pastor tacos AMAZING! Certainly coming back and trying the rest of the menu. :)
