NEVER coming back. First, we LOVED the pinball machines. BUT The reason for the one-star review is that the person manning the place (owner or whatever he may be) came up to us and said we were rude because we were *gasp* still there at 10:53pm. They close at 11:00pm. We were in the middle of a game and he stood behind us sighing and making shifting noises. Then he finally told us that we were rude. Like, seriously? You aren't even closed yet! We are paying customers. We were having a great time until he ruined it! We were gonna leave when they closed. If we were there at 11:01pm, I can see why he would get mad. But at 10:58 (we were surprisingly not losing, which we had expected to since we are newbies)? Ridiculous. A guy told is at 10:45pm they were about to close. That's 15 mins and we figured we could play another game in that time because we are newbs! Horrible customer service. Seriously ruined our night.
I had a feeling he didn't like us as soon as we walked in. Sorry, but he seemed like he was a racist too. I think that person should be grateful that people are happy to stop by this Pinball Museum. Instead, he seemed annoyed. Well, we are definitely not coming back, so he sure doesn't have to worry.
Go to GameWorks Town Square. You will have more fun and at least they are nice and welcoming there. Unbelievable.
