rev:text	I frequent the Warden and Steeles location often, but decided to try this one instead since it is a bit closer to my house. It was packed when the two of us showed up after 10:00pm. We ended up sharing a table with others since there was no where else to sit. That was fine, I was happy they were able to accommodate us. It was a Saturday night and there was only ONE server working during the whole hour we were there. Service was extremely slow and when we got our order taken, there was only 3 types of cakes available on the menu -- everything else was sold out. I ordered Honey Iced Green Tea and a slice of Red Velvet Cake. It took awhile to get our drinks. I know that service is a bit slow at all three Green Grotto locations, but this location was exceptionally slow. When she brought our tea to the table, she gave me Honey MILK tea instead of just the regular ICED tea. I didn't say anything to her because I didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes for my correct order to arrive. She didn't bring out the slice of cake, so I assumed that she would be returning with it shortly. 5 minutes passed and I still received no cake. I could barely get her attention, so I thought forget it, I don't feel like the cake anymore now that it's getting late and I have almost finished drinking my tea. When it came time to get our bill, we were given the bill for the group that we were sharing the table with, so they had to reprint the correct bill for us. Overall, I won't be returning to this location due to: SLOW service, Forgetting part of our order and Giving me the wrong drink. It's not worth it.
