I scheduled a facial, woke up day of extremely sick. I called as soon as I realized I was not getting better. the receptionist obviously asked me not to come in and to reschedule. please note I went to the DR for IV's and medication... how shocked was I when I was charged for the missed appointment?!? I called but not 24 hours in advance... how was I to know that I would be sick? that SICK?? I have contacted the owner, he only is able to be contacted by EMAIL will not take phone calls. has not responded to the last email the first response was only a form letter saying 24 hours is mandatory. had I of known I never would've wasted my money! save your money go to a health conscious establishment that cares about their customers and their employees!
