  • This McDonalds is always so unbelievably busy no matter what time of the day it is so I try to avoid it at every chance I get. However, I had coupons for here for buy one coffee get one free and for buy one smoothie and get one free that I wanted to use so we went here. I went with my Grandma and Grandpa so they each had one of the coffee's and then I had the smoothie's to myself. I got a strawberry banana and a blueberry pomegranate. They were both good. The frustrating part is that they only have room for one or two cashiers and this McDonalds when I say it is busy ... I mean it. They took out all the other cash registers they had to make room for these new digital boards where people are supposed to order themselves and pay but the issue is that people do not like these automated boards- they still want to order with a person so everytime the line to go up to a cashier is so long and these boards are empty. As well our order was just drinks and on the automated board that said what order they were now preparing we were first up there but they kept skipping us to get the food done and it was frustrating because all our order was, was drinks and they just kept wanting to push the food out and make us wait. When we were leaving we heard another lady getting frustrated and she said to her friend that this is the most unorganized McDonald's she knows.
