  • Beware! Although the photos were great, the employees at the Huntersville location are about to get their company into serious legal trouble by telling customers that their specials (around $20) printed in the newspapers are NOT stand alone specials, as they are advertised, but that they are Add-ons to a bigger package. They are not, and when pressed, the employees will let you buy just the advertised special alone. But they first try to tell you this isn't an option. Two different employees told me this, and when I insisted that's not how it's being advertised, they relented into "well, I guess you CAN buy just that package, but most people don't because we invest so much time and energy into you and that money just isn't worth it." Horrible business practice. I hoe someone rectifies this situation soon, because the photos themselves were great but I'm having serious doubts about going back (which is a huge loss of potential business to them because my son is now 2 and we need family and individual photos at least once or twice a year for about 10 more years at least.)
