  • Regular retail price $4.25. Paid $0.50. Bought a box because if you only get one cupcake they give it to you in a sack - classy . I'm not certain why but over the years that I have been going here the service has always been the same. You show up, you wait in a line three groups deep and then it's 10 minutes before you leave. The person who takes your order is not the person who boxes it which is part of the time management issue, if the person taking your order had gloves on and boxed the cupcakes as you told them what you wanted the line would move much quicker. Why is there an extra step? I understand a separate person on register because the person handling money would have to wash their hands before boxing cupcakes but there is no need for the person with the note pad, give them gloves and get your line moving! You don't have enough room in the store to have groups of people hanging around waiting for their order to be boxed, ESPECIALLY since the cupcake ATM was installed!!
