I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs in Las Vegas. I pretty much know the nail salon scene inside and out. Several non negotiable items for include: timeliness, quality of work, and overall environment which includes cleanliness and customer service. A nail salon needs to give a feeling of an hour getaway, but quick enough feeling that you can go on with your day. I've been to them all on Rainbow. I go to John religiously only because he knows what I want and just goes above and beyond. My feet always feel cleaned up and my nails last forever even though I like to get them retouched every 2 weeks. It's a new salon trying to build their business in a competitive market. Tiffany, the owner is a very sweet lady who has invested a lot into her salon for a good customer experience. Please recommend to her any opportunities she can do to improve your experience. Give this place a shot...some of the reviews on here are valid but a little harsh. We want a community nail salon to succeed. The competition elsewhere on Rainbow are fair. Let's help this new salon with their success!
