  • I was hesitant to order a coffee table from an online discount supplier. The original seller, Ashley Furniture, was selling this table for much more than other online retailers and in reviewing ALL these different companies, there are a lot of negative reviews. It was a bit scary to spend over $500 on a piece of furniture from a company across the country. I understand that Furniture Creations has a store in AZ, but I was ordering from their Amazon store. The table came in perfect condition and I got it for a great price! They send an email after you place the order, explaining in detail how to inspect the item before signing off on the delivery slip. So, it's important that if you want to return the item or there are any problems with it, it is your responsibility to inspect it before the driver leaves. In order for them to maintain their free shipping, they have to contract with a freight company that will deliver curbside. So you need to be prepared to haul it from the curb to the house. However, my freight delivery driver was a peach, and she used a pallet jack to bring it up to my doorstep and I tipped her five bucks. This particular table was packed so well and there was not a scratch or defect on it. As long as you inspect your item, this company seems very willing to work with you on any problems you may have. I did have a question about the freight company who would be delivering my order, and I got a reply back from furniture creations very quickly. The next day, I heard from the freight company with a time to deliver. I would definitely order from them again.
