I went in after a major surgery so I was unable to do my hair. I was drained and just wanted a simple blow dry and I told her to be creative because I am not picky. Boy was that a mistake. She used a brush that had repeatedly hurt me. She did not go about her service in a strategized mannner. I have received plenty of blow dry styles in my lifetime. She was aiming the hairdryer everywhere but at my head, used products that made the parts that were dry feel like straw, and when I got into my car, my hir was still wet. My bill was 30 for the shit blow dry I could have done myself, and I tipped five. I always tip out of guilt because I am in the tipping industry. But this girl didnt know what she was doing. She was very sloppy with her technique. This is sad for me to write because everyone else was doing such a nice job, looked like the quality was worth the money, and the salon atmosphere was nice and new (or atleadt newly remodeled). I will never go there again upon the fact I live in another state, but do not go there for the fact of price, and poor quality of work.
