  • I bought a couch from them for $2700. Its a beautiful silver sectional and it's comfortable. However... it took me about 2 weeks to realize why they have a strict NO refund policy. The couch is awful! Filled with goose down feathers, but not properly lined, so the feathers are everywhere!! Constantly poking us in the arms, legs and backside while they pop through the material. So uncomfortable, not to mention the feathers are always on the floor or floating in the air. Save your money and spend it somewhere where they care about quality and comfort, its been a total waste:(. Also, they are very rude after they have your money. Not willing to work it out at all.
