  • DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Horrible costumer service from the very beginning. I had to rent a car from here because my car was in the shop getting repairs. When I first got there it took us 45 minutes to even get helped once they finally helped us she told me there was only two cars left to rent a mustang and and a truck I told her we would go ahead and take the mustang then she comes back and said that wasn't available so fine whatever I told her I would take the truck. I just needed a car while mine was in the shop anyways. So they told me they needed to clean it first ok fine I will wait for it to be cleaned, another 45 minutes go by and finally it's ready! This car has little dents everywhere so when there reviewing the car with me I make sure to show them all the dents. Finally I get in the car to leave... this is the DIRTIEST car I have ever rented mind you I waited 45 minutes for it to be cleaned!!! The steering wheel had red sticky stuff all over it under the seats we're old orange peels, the back seat was the worst part it had a huge stain in the back seat so I made sure to go back inside to make sure I would not be charged for any of this, I was stuck with the car and had no choice because I would be without a way to get to work. A week goes by and I decided to try and exchange to a different car because of how dirty it is. So I call and they tell me to come on down to exchange it. Mind you the close at 6 so I had to get off work early just to exchange it when I get there they have no cars available so again I'm stuck with this car! They never call me to accommodate me they don't care! The best they could do was offer me $100 credit ok fine so I still have the car and I wake up this morning and my account is charged again for the wrong amount I am beyond fed up with this place and I just want my car back but unfortunately I'm stuck with this until my car is repaired so now I'm out of money for a car I should not be charged for! These employees are the most unprofessional as they come! I will never rent a car from here again let alone recommend this to anyone!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
