  • I LOVE this place. It is conveniently located down the street from my sister's school. My favorite is a build-your-own with cheesecake, graham crackers, bananas, whipped cream, and vanilla ice-cream. Everyone who works there is super friendly and patient. I once was craving a crepe, but I was just getting off of work at 9:30pm--and they close at 10pm. I rushed home and picked up my sister (because she wanted one too) and we called the Crepe Shack and put in our order as I was rushing down St. Rose Pkwy. We made it there about 15 minutes before they closed, and when we arrived the staff was patiently finishing off our crepes. They even put then in little to-go boxes, and packaged the ice-cream separately so it wouldn't melt. I know first hand how annoying it is to have people run into an establishment while I'm trying to clean up, and they tolerated us with a smile on their face. They offer punch cards (get your tenth crepe free!) and they offer a lot of discounts, especially if you subscribe to their text newsletters. Clean establishment, great staff, great food--what more could you ask for?
