  • I took my car to this place for head gasket repair on a 96 Mazda Millennia. the repair cost 2200 dollars. The car never ran well after, took the car back 3-4 times was always told it was an issue other than their repair. I took it to now defunct Avondale Mazda and was told after the car was inspected that water pump had not been changed and timing belt was about to break and the head gasket was no good on the rear bank. They also showed how the previous mechanic had used gasket maker instead of gaskets and that was packing up in the radiator and heater core.Both of these repairs were supposed to have been done at the time gaskets were replaced. I was also told the heads would be machined and I was charged for it, the heads according to a local machine shop were never machined. I ended up do the repair properly myself and found that due to Wilhelm's negligence I had to replace the heater core which was packed with gasket maker and most of the electrical connections that they had disconnected were broken. I called the shop and spoke to the manager who asked me who was listed as the mechanic on my receipt I told him and he informed me that no one by that name worked there.Implying that I was lying or confused. He offered to look at it, but with this being the fifth time they would be looking at it and not repairing it , I chose to contact the better business bureau, who ended up being unable to help because the stated 1 year warranty had expired 2 days before I called them. Do Not Go Here For Any Reason... They are a rip off.
