  • I love the PEDS here. My son came in with pneumonia and stayed for 3 days and was released. We had to come back when he wasn't getting any better and found out that he had tension pneumothorax. The nurses and doctors here was amazing with him and myself. The child life specialist, Kathy, did her best to make my son as comfortable as possible with toys and games. I do have to give a special shout-out to the nurses Loann and Debbie, they were so amazing and great with my son. This is our second trip here and both times we had Loann. Dr. Wayment was amazing with everything and checking up on my baby, and the surgeon Dr. Schediler was great at explaining what was going on. I do have to knock one star for the lack of healthy options in the cafeteria, I think I gained 10 pounds in the 12 days I was here for lack of better food options.
