  • Mesa contractor tried to invoice for work that was not performed, and also invoiced for many items in duplicate. We had a flood and KNC performed the remediation process. We received the invoice for the remediation and paid it in full. After the reconstruction process, the contractor invoiced again many of the same items as were billed in the remediation. Numerous attempts had been made to request the contractor to correct the invoice with no success. We have provided very detailed proof to KNC including remediation invoice and cancelled checks that his invoice was inaccurate. The company appeared credible at the onset, yet later found them to try and rip off the customer.
