  • I don't deal these stars easily, I have a track record to prove it! In Vegas a special chef name on a sign does not always get you what you might expect. Most "brand name" celeb chefs are licensed out and are executed poorly. But there are a few known Chefs that protect their name and deliver their signature taste and service as if it was under their own roof. Our dinner at Michael Mina took us down taste bud lane to his time at Aqua in San Francisco. Dishes like the Ahi and beloved Lobster Pot Pie live on here. The service was as awesome and as personable as he set forth almost 15 years ago. The tasting menu is the way to go, or just get the Lobster Pot Pie and share. This is a best plate of the town. Foodies need apply!
