  • Incompetent and unprofessional. PLEASE take warning to the other bad reviews about Valley West. These people are incompetent and unprofessional.They fumbled my loan and closing date. the property ended up costing me over $10K more than I had planned and they missed my closing date twice resulting in me living in a hotel. Not only that but they just reached out to inform me that they need me to re-sign some documents because they were drafted incorrectly when I signed. Its been nearly a month since I closed and they're just now finding this out. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using this place for your mortgage. They are not professional, lack communication, have no idea what they are doing and will cost you more than you think.
