  • I'd stay away. There's no concern for customer satisfaction. Set up estimate, guy was not here when scheduled. Claims he WAS here, so perhaps I was in the back and never heard the doorbell. However when I called to complain (left a message) on Sunday, my only day off that week, he called and left me a snotty message about calling him on mother's day. How very professional. I can only imagine what the customer service would be like once they had your money.
