  • Absolutely atrocious service. Do NOT even think of switching. Was a loyal customer who paid on time for 4 years. I moved within the GTA and the nightmare began. They were completely unable to set up internet at my new address. Spent literally 10+ hours of tech support and every call started at the beginning again! Finally had to cancel service completely and move to a new carrier. I work from home and must have internet and phone to work. Worst of all, I was charged a large $200 cancellation fee. Spent another 4-5 calls with managers promising to call me back and credit the charge. Finally told nothing can be done. If I want an investigation to have them review all my calls with them it will cost me $25 per call added to my cancellation fees. Still shocked at this company! By the way, was able to set up internet and home phone from scratch with a competitor in literally less than 30 mins from start to finish.
