  • I stopped by to make an appointment to get my nails done by Jay. He made the appt for today at 3pm. I specify what I wanted, such as nail design etc. even showed pics...Plain and simply they will call you a lie to your face. If you ask for anything in specific your wasting your breath. They will either say they don't have time or it cost to much, take to long, I don't know how to do it scenario. They have alot of pictures on instagram and yelp but when comes time for some real live action no one showed up today! I would say I would like to give them another chance but I can't due to how rude and argumentative they've become. My nails is something I would expect to pay $10 at some quick nail salon in L.A that's what kind of service I got! I am trying to explain to Jay all he could have done was schedule me for whatever "time" he needed aside for the nail design part.. I can come then because I wanted my nails done a certain way.. instead he gets me good and comfortable while doing a pedicure. When it came down to the nitty gritty the beautiful nails I long for and desired, he failed me miserably! I am by far a picky person and very easy to satisfy but when someone comes along and tells me how I will spend my hard earned money... I have a problem with that! I would give it one star but the pedicure wasn't half bad. The acrylic application was not even and consistent and I doubt my nails will last my next salon visit.
