| - I used to go here regularly, but I won't be going back after today's experience. The work quality here has dropped dramatically, and none of the techs who used to do my nails work there anymore. It doesn't seem that anyone knows how to shape nails---I asked for rounded on hands and feet, and they were angled, uneven, and square on the edges. When you talk with the techs, they simply don't understand you, and there aren't enough people in there who can understand you to help out.
One older woman who does pedicures is particularly unskilled. I had her once before, but she was so uncertain of what she was doing and nearly cut me, so I asked for someone else. This was months ago, so I was stunned when I went in there today and she was still working there---and, of course, she was to be my pedicurist again. I didn't ask to replace her right away, but it turned out she wasn't any better than the last time. So again I had to ask for someone else. This time the woman went off on a loud diatribe. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The person they replaced her with was skilled enough, but she couldn't understand me. But then at the manicure table, this tech couldn't get my fingernails filed evenly. I just gave up and left without getting polish.
There are a gazillion nail salons in LV, so there's absolutely no reason to go to this one. I'm searching for a new one now.
