  • We've now purchased a few appliances from this store. A number of issues have arisen. Big mixup when it came to delivering & installing the dishwasher. Dishwasher was delivered but installation dragged on for 2 weeks. Seems no appointment had been made for installation. Pick up of old dishwasher took so long we finally paid someone else to pick up, meaning we paid twice. And now, 2 years later dishwasher breaks down. No problem we are told, we have extended warranty. Repairman comes, says we need new pump. A week later, no news, no functioning dishwasher. Seems part is on order but were told it's an expensive repair, ergo, delay. WTF?
