  • Very very worst experience I've ever had. Please fire the old lady Julienne, she didn't listen to whatever I said and had it done totally opposite of what I asked. I even showed her a picture, it was not even close to what's there in the picture. She really must be very careful when dealing with customers. Everybody kept laughing at me the next day when I went to work. It was that terrible!! I will never go to Great Clips again!!
