  • I'll start with the positive. Management was alright, maintenance was quick, and complex was quiet, at least where I was. The negative, everything in that apartment was a piece of crap. They had the OLDEST appliances I have ever encountered. They spray painted them then oder to make them look semi decent. Linoleum was layed down crooked. Out of my 4 windows, only 1 opened all the way. There was cheap weather proofing in the doors, letting the elements in. Horribly cheap carpet with gaps in the padding (if you can call it padding....). Apartment was TINY. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.
