  • my family and I drove to town JUST to get the service set up. they never showed, despite 3 phone calls. their reason was that no one was there to let them in. WE WERE THERE ALL DAY!!!! so incredibly mad at this company. the best they could do for a reschedule was 5 days later. Rediculous! Highly discourage going with this company ever. ANY company is probably better, even COX!! Seriously, go with another company, ANY other company. No star rating, but it won't let me.
