I came to this establishment with a craving for some biscuits and gravy.
The hostess and waitress were both really pleasent. The waitress did a excellent job explaining the menu to me and letting me know how I could customize my order. Everything I asked for was promptly brought out.
While not the best sausage gravy I have had in Vegas, it was still decent on it's own and still better than most of the sausage gravy I have had in Vegas. Nice amount of sausage throughout with a nice homemade flavor. I do believe it was made in house. But it still had the consistency of being out of a packet. The biscuits weren't as soft and tender as I would have liked, but still passable.
The bacon I got was on point. They were straight and crispy. I asked for the eggs to be extra soft. They were okay, but it was weird, the top half of the pile was cooked how I wanted, but the bottom half was cooked hard. I'm guessing they were left on too long and not continually scrambled.
All together, I enjoyed my meal, but I am still looking for well made biscuits and gravy in Las Vegas. I will come back to try other items on the menu.
