  • It doesn't matter if you cut hair well when you don't treat your customers well. I called and didn't leave a message. Greg called back (caller id) and said he'd be open. I said I'd be there in an hour or so which he acknowledged. When I arrived an hour and a half latter he said he was closed. Wasted my time for the last time.... In reply to Greg's response: OK you want to play time games. You called back at 9:18. But considering your posted business hours are 9-5 Mon-Sat, time really doesn't mean that much to you. If you think being correct on your time is more important than winning a new customer; you win. I was wrong and luckily found another place where I was welcomed like an old friend when I walked in the door.
