  • Horrible experience! Driver was late, extremely RUDE and unprofessional. My starter went out in my car and its covered by warranty and this was one of the places the warranty company contracts with so they sent 777 Towing to tow my car home. The driver, Rafael, arrived with a female passenger!!!!!!!!! He had someone else in the cab with him, leaving no room for my mom and I to ride home. He then lied and said the female passenger was his supervisor to make sure he doing everything right. LIES! The lady never got out of the cab to inspect ANYTHING!!! So I asked him to have his passenger wait while he took us home (which was less than 1/4 mile from where we were and he didn't want to! He didn't want to inconvenience his girlfriend/wife/mother for the sake of doing his job. Then finally, he said "okay ma'am, she heard you crying and complaining so she's going to wait at McDonald's". Wait! I thought she was his supervisor!!! Why is she going to McDonald's?? I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible company, unprofessional drivers
